Although last year was a pretty tough year for me (as it may have been for you), I told myself 2009 wasn’t going to go the same way. Usually, I don’t really spend anytime thinking about the upcoming year. In spite of that, I decided it was time for me to change my approach up. The plan that I came up with was to make vacationing a priority in my life. To ensure I followed through on this, I started making plans right away.

In case you are wondering if I followed through, I just got back from New Zealand, which was the vacation I planned at the beginning of the year. Since I booked my trip at the beginning of the year, my New Zealand rental car and everything else needed for my trip was already good to go. Because it was so easy to get my New Zealand rental car and I didn’t encounter any problems, I had an extremely relaxing trip. This was a very good thing, because it reinforced my previous feelings that there is truly a lot of value to traveling.

While it would have been nice to stay in New Zealand a little longer, I did have to get back to my real life. However, there are still over eight months left in this year! I haven’t decided where I am going to go on my next trip, but I do know I will be taking at least two more trips this year, and wherever they end up taking me should be a very enjoyable adventure.

The reason that I know this without a doubt is because I went to New Zealand two years ago, and to this very day, all of my memories of that trip are still very vivid. I am starting to get really excited about the trip that I am going to be taking to New Zealand. Even though it’s still over three months until my trip actually takes place, the reason that I am getting so excited is because I have been spending a lot of time researching and planning exactly what I want to do while I am in New Zealand, so this trip has been on my mind quite a lot recently.

Because I have several friends who have been to New Zealand on various occasions, I have been able to get a lot of great advice from their first hand experiences. I realize that the title of my post was rather direct and to the point, but there is a very good reason for this. Less than four months ago, I got an opportunity to visit New Zealand for a full nine days, and it was easily the most amazing trip that I have ever gotten to take. I have had some very enjoyable trips before, but none of them can compare to how wonderful my experience in New Zealand was.

Because I had such an amazing time in New Zealand, ever since I have returned from my trip, I have been sure to make a point of telling everyone I know that if they ever get an opportunity to visit New Zealand, make sure to take it. You won’t be disappointed if you take an opportunity to go to New Zealand, but if you don’t take an opportunity to go there, it’s something you are going to regret for a very long time to come.

I know that this was the first time that I got to go to New Zealand, but I can already tell you now that it is not going to be the last one I take!

When you are planning on taking a trip to a place like New Zealand, you already know ahead of time that the trip is going to be absolutely amazing. New Zealand is one of the most beautiful places on the Earth (which is why there are so many great movies that are filmed there), so it’s going to be an amazing experience getting to see so many sights in person.

Although I am talking about this trip a whole lot, the trip actually isn’t going to take place for a couple of months. My trip won’t be beginning until May, but the great thing about it is that once the trip does get started, I am going to be there for a full two weeks. I was thinking about taking a shorter trip, but then I realized that there are going to be a lot of things that I want to do, and I really think that staying for a longer amount of time will give me the opportunity to get the full experience. I will definitely be taking lots of pictures and telling everyone my stories once my trip is complete!

I really like to travel. I know a lot of people say they like to travel and never actually go anywhere very interesting, but when I say that I like to travel, I am completely serious about it. Although my job prevents me from traveling as often as I would like (hopefully this will eventually change in the future), when I do get an opportunity to take a trip, I always try to find someplace to visit that I am really going to like.

Earlier this year, I found out that I was going to have a one and a half week period of time where I could take a trip somewhere. After thinking about it for awhile, I decided to visit a place that I had been wanting to go for quite some time: New Zealand. I got all of the arrangements for my trip made, and when the time came for my trip to begin, I was literally busting with excitement.

I’m happy to say that my trip to New Zealand was everything that I wanted it to be (and then some). Although it may be quite awhile before I get to go back there (because there are so many other great places that I want to visit), I am very pleased with all of the memories that I have from my trip there.

Because the Christmas season is already upon us again, I have been thinking about last year’s Christmas recently. I have a lot of great memories from Christmas last year (just like I do from every Christmas), but there is one memory that stands out above the rest. The memory that I am talking about is when I opened a gift from my Grandpa. My Grandpa has played a big role in my life, and he has always been the person in my family who spoils me the most. Although I have never asked him for any sort of monetary item, he has always told me that he gets a lot of joy out of making me smile.

On Christmas Day last year, my Grandpa handed me a single envelope. I was very curious to see what was inside, so it didn’t take me long at all to open it. Once I had the envelope open, I realized that it was an airline ticket. I looked at the destination on ticket, and when I saw it was New Zealand, I literally jumped out of my seat! I had told myself that I was going to visit New Zealand one day, but I had no idea that it would be so soon. I gave my Grandpa so many hugs that day, and my trip to New Zealand turned out to be everything that I wanted it to be.

If you are planning on taking a trip to New Zealand, you are trying to save as much money as possible on all of your travel arrangements. Even if you are financially secure, there’s no one who really likes paying more than they have to for their travel expenses. While I think it’s a great idea to do your best to save as much money as possible, this doesn’t mean that I think you should skip over certain expenses.

In case you weren’t quite following what I was saying at the end of the first paragraph, the point I’m trying to make is that you shouldn’t skip over a travel expense like a rental car just to save money. Instead of not getting a rental car for New Zealand at all, you should instead get a rental car but focus on saving as much money as possible on your rental car.
